Wavertree is a gorgeous family home, which works as a great location house in Streatham Hill.
One of its biggest appeals is the open plan kitchen and dining room space. The cobalt blue cabinets are a stark contrast to the oak panelled floorboards and neutral walls. The dining table is also very stylised, featuring a grey concrete-esque backdrop and an open ceiling structure between the downstairs and the upstairs. This chasm is decorated with a wreath, which hovers above the table.
The house has other qualities, which are very popular amongst clients. These include the french doors, which connect the living room to the kitchen and dining room, the tiled floor in the hallway and the amount and size of the windows.
Overall, this is a great take on contemporary interior design, whilst still maintaining a sense of warmth, homeliness and soul.
