It’s not hard to fall in love with our gorgeous South London shoot location, 6ixteen. A large double-fronted Victorian property situated just a short five-minute walk from Beckenham Junction; it’s stunningly decorated and makes the perfect home for any shoot or filming project.
Texture is at the heart of 6ixteen, so expect to see it everywhere. From distressed shutters in the dining area to a beautiful contrast between fresh white wooden panelled walls and exposed brickwork in the sitting room, you won’t fall short of unique backdrops for your shoot. The library room stirs undeniable pangs of cosiness, striking the perfect balance between elegance and masculinity. Decorated in a palette of deep grey, book-lined walls and offset with rich oak furniture.
The open plan kitchen and living space is flooded with natural light thanks to the adjoining conservatory. The contemporary kitchen is finished with marble counter tops and splash backs and complemented by the properties signature grey. The island in this space is on wheels and can be moved around to suit the needs of your shoot, providing versatility and great pullback opportunities.
The master suite is home to one of the most standout features of the property. Although the room boasts exposed radiators, wooden flooring and original cornicing, the textured feature driftwood wall provides a breath-taking backdrop for any creative brief. The room is completed in a palette of fresh, muted tones with pops of navy accessories for an effortlessly sophisticated interior.
However 6ixteen’s delights do not stop there. Venture outside and you’ll find a rustic summerhouse sitting at the bottom of the garden. The summerhouse has panelled glass windows, French doors and decorated with stylish bulb-string lights. In keeping with the décor of the main property, the summerhouse has a feature texture wall created from lightly stained driftwood and deep grey flooring. The outbuilding is furnished simply with a table and chairs and dresser.
