Announcing Burrows, a semi-detached Victorian family home in Kensal Rise, London. This modern family home is naturally bright and airy with warm neutrals and pops of colours.

Burrows comes with two reception rooms, the first one is decorated in a pastel pink hue, with light wooden flooring and period features including a marble fireplace, picture rail and bay window. Vintage wooden sliding doors framed by bookshelves connect the two reception rooms. The second reception, space is decorated in an off-white colour and features a wood-panelled feature wall, fireplace and the same light wooden flooring. The connecting passage is cleverly designed to include a study area with a desk space.

To the rear of the house, in the extension, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that overlooks the garden. The kitchen area includes an island set in the centre of the space with two bar stools and display shelving with additional counter space on either side. A long, farmhouse-style wooden dining table is set under skylights, flooding the room with natural light. Adjacent to the dining area is an additional lounge area featuring a sofa, armchair and window seat which doubles as a reading nook. The space has a small bathroom designed with frames across the olive green wall.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, continuing the modern decor. The first bedroom is sizeable, featuring a large bay window and an additional sash window, both of which allow plenty of natural light to flood the room. The space is carpeted and includes built-in wardrobes and an ensuite. The bathroom is decorated in a lime-washed style in a soft cream, featuring a marble top sink and a bath, accented with gold faucets. The next bedroom and bathroom carry that same decor. The bathroom is complete with panelled walls, a bath set under a skylight, and a designated shower area encased in glass with deep blue tiles. The third double bedroom, located in the attic of the house, has two rattan side tables and a desk, a large teal chest of drawers and modern art for a splash of colour. The room enjoys a plethora of natural light through the skylights on the ceiling extension.

The property overlooks the landscaped garden with a patio that offers an outdoor dining area under a parasol. Burrows brings warmth to modern neutrals and adds a splash of earth tones, creating a cohesive vibe. If this location is suitable for your brief, contact us for more details.
