Chipstead, located in leafy Surrey is a gorgeous former farmworkers cottage that was built in 1880. Set over half an acre of land, including an orchard with a greenhouse and a rustic garden with incredible views over the fields it is easy to see why this location is so popular.

The interior of the property keeps many of the period features the original property possessed, including original wooden floorboards, fireplaces and bay windows. There are three reception rooms, all of which have a muted colour scheme and wooden floorboards. The main attraction of the property, however, comes from the modern kitchen extension.
