Welcome to Concord, a delightful, contemporary beach house, that includes a plethora of features making for a truly standout shoot location. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two reception rooms, two kitchens a study and dining room. So not your average beach house to say the least! Downstairs, there is an opulent feel to the space, with polished grey ceramic tiles, a glorious glass staircase and lots of biophilia spread around. Moving through the house, the running theme of the furnishings is quirky and striking, that leans on grandmillennial, with eccentric prints. The downstairs, open kitchen/living space is no different, with a set of black and white zebra print sofas that juxtapose the purple cabinets found in the adjoining kitchen. Large wall to wall glass doors flood this space with tons of natural light.
Upstairs, sticking with the crisp opulent feel, the space is finished with a fresh white colour palette, and benefits from some eye-catching pieces of furniture and accessories. Including a gorgeous glass chandelier, a patterned seating area and a wood burning stove. From the top of the house, you are treated to a beautiful gabled window that offers awe-inspiring sea views, across the Solent towards The Isle of Wight.
There are five available bedrooms that include the master, which is equipped with a lovely ensuite, three double bedrooms, one of which includes an ensuite and a child's bedroom. All bedrooms have been finished with the crisp white colour palette found throughout the rest of the property. There is also one family shower room to compliment the two ensuites and one large cloakroom.
Outside spaces include a balcony that overlooks the sea, a small garden space and the entrance to a very quiet part of the whole beach. An idyllic spot if there ever was one!
