Every space offers something different to the next making it a perfect shoot location. The blend of Georgian rooms and more modern rooms is fairly evident, however, it is what gives it such character.

As you enter the property, the main reception room offers a light hue of colour, sash windows, wooden floorboards and a marble fireplace fitted with a wood stove. The period aesthetic continues throughout the ground floor with beautiful elements including original wooden floorboards in the hallways, a spiralling wooden staircase and within the old bakery, you are treated to a striking quarry tiled flooring and working stone fireplace. Within this part of the house, there are many alluring features including exposed brick on the walls, wooden beams and original detailing remaining on the walls.

As we enter the kitchen you will see the modern elements of the property. The space is very large and benefits from wall to wall sliding doors that give an abundance of natural light. This is supplemented by a gorgeous black and white aesthetic that gives off a really clean aesthetic. Have a look at the black marble countertops that match the black AGA and contemporary stove that are set against the white walls and impressive wooden beams.

Wisteria also features four large Georgian bedrooms and the solitary contemporary one, all of which are finished with wooden floorboards, a staple of this magnificent property. Before you enter the barn at the back of the property, the main house also includes one large bathroom fitted with a walk in shower, one large bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath and a third bathroom with a walk in shower and an egg shaped bath.

The modern barn has been converted into a studio and has a double height mezzanine, exposed brick and vast sliding doors that give off the sunlight needed. This looks out onto the sublime gardens that comprise of three separate areas that are all available for shooting
