Introducing Hornsea - this 1960s mid-century, open-plan modern house is located in Slough, and features vintage decor throughout. Its strongest feature remains its open-tread wooden staircase, leading upstairs, switching from dark parquet flooring to burnt orange carpet. This meticulously styled property showcases elements throughout that scream mid-century haven, including mustard and tan leather textiles, smoked glass and terrazzo.

The generous living and dining spaces allow ample space for crew and equipment, alongside the well-lit kitchen, which is filled with 60s homeware. The kitchen offers a wide white formica countertop, dividing the kitchens and the dining area. Here, sliding doors lead to a large patio and a wrap-around lawn. Upstairs, Hornsea has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are spacious and perfect for shoots, whilst the third bedroom proves useful for storing kit. There’s also a balcony in one of the bedrooms, which provides views of the manicured garden.

This location is conveniently located in the village of Burnham, on the Elisabeth Line, and is close to both the M40 and M4.
