The property is made up of 6000 sq ft of living space, split over two floors with three formal reception rooms, a large galleried hallway, modern kitchen, Cinema room, five bedrooms, and a cellar. There is also 1.5 acres of formal and parkland gardens, a children's woodland play area with a treehouse, a lake, zipline, large fire pit and pergola.

The house has been designed in an Italianate style, packed with period features including the incredibly intricate ceiling cornice with central leaf that stands at 14 foot high, original wooden flooring, 11 marble fireplaces, antique lighting and beautiful wall detailing. The exterior also features an Italianate aesthetic and shows off large sash windows, vermiculated blocks surrounding doorways, balustrading, and beautiful cornicing.

Other interesting features include intricate plasterwork and ceilings throughout the cinema room, 4 metre wide original wooden floorboards as well as Versailles parquet flooring, antique and Murano glass lighting and Travertine marble flooring.

There are four available bedrooms including the large master bedroom, finished with a four-poster bed and ornate central ceiling painting. One double bedroom with carpeted floor and two boys and girls bedrooms that have child's decor.

Bathrooms include the main bathroom with parquet floor and cast iron roll top bath. This room has its own marble fireplace and sink unit made with Arabescato marble. An ensuite bathroom with aged brass roll top bath with far reaching views, and a downstairs toilet equipped with purples cistern from Catchpole and Rye and freestanding sink unit.

On the graveled carriage driveway there is also room to park 20 cars.
