A 1930 warehouse restored to an architecturally-designed studio. The space is modern yet bears witness to its retro charm. The overall studio has an eclectic style that can be a blank canvas to turn into a bespoke space, from the 60s Space Age to Ibiza Boho Chic and the Modern creative eye.

The space offers natural light, and its north-facing orientation illuminates the main space by keeping it shadow-free all day. In contrast, the space below the mezzanine benefits from a blackout option. Additionally, a faux window under the mezzanine can be lit to create a window-style light for that sought-after ‘Golden Hour’ glow, giving a range of lighting options.

The studio comes with a modular conversation pit, motorised rotating platform, luxurious round bed, fully functional kitchen, two toilets, sunken bath and additional crew space with a dry kitchen allowing unobstructed access during the shoot.

With features such as faux rock wall, floor-to-ceiling wooden panelling, a mid-century-style staircase, globe chandeliers, a large open plan arrangement and modular furniture, it is a multifunctional space that can bring any vision and production brief to life.
