Introducing Cork, a four-bedroom 1960s end of terrace home in Ham, South West London on a nicely landscaped estate.

This mid-century space has been sympathetically refurbished by its architect owners, in a style sympathetic to its age.

The material palette is neutral, with cork flooring, oak and white kitchen cabinets with pale quartz worktops and white or grey walls. It is uncluttered and free from too many personal touches so makes a good blank canvas for many types of shoot.

The main space - which is 10 x 6.5m - comprises a large kitchen/ dining space with a living area separated via sliding pocket doors. The kitchen area includes a stylish oak kitchen island with hob, pale quartz worktops and white walls. The dining space is a snug alcove with banquette seating, and three wooden chairs, the red cushions add a pop of colour to the space. Step through the double doors to the garden you’ll find a decked area with seating and a landscaped grass area. Through the pocket doors you’ll find the living space, space is optimised with built in book shelves either side of the sofa, white tongue and groove wood panelling add subtle texture to the walls.

There is lots of natural light via windows to the front and rear of the house. Downstairs there is a shower room, bedroom, and large entrance hallway.
