Citrine is a Newly refurbished three storey Victorian terraced house situated in North West London, with a large modern kitchen extension and loft conversion with views across Wembley.

On the ground floor we have a large sitting room with hard wood flooring and a cast iron fireplace. A Victorian tiled hallway leads to a bespoke library/ reading nook with bundles of character.

The bright kitchen extension is fitted with bespoke plywood and cork flooring that is juxtaposed with bright yellow finishes to add charm. In the middle of the room we find a large central island with hidden extractor built into the island, Double ovens and a large American fridge freezer. At the rear of the room there is a frameless double aspect pop window seating area that looks out onto the terraced garden.

There you will find a reclaimed brick terrace and a garden room with bifold doors and a hanging chair.

As you move upstairs you have painted floorboards leading to four bedrooms. The master bedroom is the whole front of house with a large bay window plus another standard. It also features a panelled wall and a super king size bed.

The child’s bedroom is perfectly i n character with the rest of the property with natural background colours set against quirky pops of colour and use of accessories and furniture, this time featuring a world map mural on one feature wall.

The loft extension features cork flooring and a huge picture window with views of the whole of Wembley.

One family bathroom includes mosaic tiled floor, white panelled walls and a roll top cast iron bath.
