Bloem House B – Spa Suite is a unique private wellness and lifestyle location in Kensal Green, NW10, offering an unusual combination of indoor swimming, spa facilities and contemporary relaxation spaces. Ideal for beauty campaigns, wellness shoots, luxury lifestyle photography, commercials and film productions, this dedicated suite provides a distinctive setting rarely found in a London home.

The standout feature is the impressive 12.4m indoor swimming pool, complemented by a sauna and steam shower. Together, these facilities create a versatile environment for poolside scenes, wellness campaigns and productions looking for a private spa atmosphere. The combination of water, tiled surfaces and dedicated bathing facilities offers a variety of visual possibilities for both moving image and stills photography.

The suite also includes a bedroom, providing a contrasting, more intimate setting for lifestyle shoots, alongside a dedicated spa kitchen. These additional spaces allow productions to create a broader wellness or retreat narrative within one location, from relaxing bedroom scenes to spa preparation and post-treatment settings.

Available as a separate listing from the main Bloem House residence, the Spa Suite is ideal for productions specifically seeking an indoor pool, sauna, steam shower and wellness-inspired interiors without requiring the full house.

Situated in Kensal Green, approximately 10 minutes from Notting Hill and close to Kensal Green Underground station, Bloem House B offers a distinctive London setting for spa, beauty, fitness and luxury lifestyle productions.
