Five Trees is a fantastic 1930s refurbished home based near the beautiful Highgate Village, North London. This property is spacious, light and airy, comprising 4 floors and wrapped comfortably around a south-facing terrace, water rill and landscaped garden.

Through tall bi-fold doors, this house offers incredibly relaxing views from a freshly-decked wooden sky-lounge, with wrap-around terrace. Equipped with plenty of seating, making it an undeniably comfortable and enjoyable space, Five Trees offers unparalleled views of Hampstead Heath and the City of London.

All bedrooms except for 2 are available to use for your shoot. The master bedroom features an incredible ensuite bathroom, boasting twin basins, a large walk-in shower, a bidet, toilet and a large alcove bath, coated in a dark stone. The walls throughout are tiled in a light white marble. All bedrooms feature glass doors, offering natural light and more great views.

Across Five Trees you’ll generally find grey ceramic tiling or oak flooring in the living spaces and bathrooms. In the bedrooms you’ll find carpeted floors.

Downstairs, the cosy but summery living room awaits, with bright and open access to the outdoor areas. This room features bohemian decor, fresh plants and a quirky coffee table. The ceiling is glazed in shutter-like white wooden panels, adding to the interior’s rustic feel.

Next door clients will find the spacious kitchen/dining area, boasting a useful kitchen island, plenty of seating and brightly-coloured art.

The garden is also accessible through the kitchen's 3-configuration, black framed, bi-folding doors. Outdoors, you’re first greeted by a clean slate and wooden decked patio that offers plenty of space for outside lounging and dining, perfectly positioned to attract glorious sunlight. Small plants saturate this area as well as the slimline pond, making this a homely and tranquil space.

Leading off the patio with stone paths and stairs, the wide garden awaits. The extraordinarily sharp and L-shaped house sits elevated, meaning the bottom of the garden offers a spectacular view of the property, making a great creative feature for shoots.
