Get lost in romance in our charming shoot location, High View, situated in South London. This period property has been sensitively renovated to show off its stunning original features.

Set out over multiple floors, High View certainly doesn’t have a shortage of space or antique furniture and detailing’s in each of its character-filled rooms. This location has been set up especially with shoots in mind, which is highlighted throughout the property with its neutral colour scheme and uncluttered furnishings. High View also is available to decorate to suit the needs of your creative brief.

There is a whole number of standout rooms of this property, starting with one of two reception rooms located at the front of the property. Featuring white washed parquet flooring, intricate cornicing around the edges of the room and light fittings, four large sash windows filling the room with natural light, original fireplaces, antique chandeliers and stunning gold gilded doors in the centre of the room. There is also a crushed velvet day bed that makes a fantastic prop for shooting.

Head into the grand hallway to find polished marble tile flooring, high ceilings, doors with Italianate trim surrounds, and a traditional Victorian hanging hall lantern. The entrance hall feels spacious and light with white, mirrored walls and original glass panelled doors as you enter the property.

Upstairs play’s host to a whole series of elegant bedrooms. Decorated with powder pink panelled walls, the bedroom on the first floor has an undeniable air of femininity. Complete with glass chandeliers, original fireplace, French antique bed, and an array of gold-detailed furniture such as a chase lounge, side dresser with ball and claw feet and a cane webbing double seat. Venture upstairs to the top floor of the property and you’ll find draw-dropping panoramic views across the city in the master suite. With over five sash windows with balcony access, its no surprise this room is flooded with natural light. The expansive room includes original wooden flooring and fireplaces, a seating area and antique double bed. The most interesting feature of the room is the open-plan bathroom, equipped with contemporary bath and double sinks.
