Above is a mezzanine level with oak floor walkway leading to a desk and shelving, which allows for top shots and other interesting angles of the area below.
Outside there is a large sunken patio at the lower level with a floating bench seat in teak and an upper balcony facing the garden. Garden is L-shaped, laid to lawn 35m x 25m (into L-shape).
A separate bedroom area can also be available for use as a green room etc and there are two adjoining Victorian style rooms on mezzanine level for equipment.
Other highlights include plenty of Victorian features throughout the house as well as two fires, one working log burner and one open fireplace that is not in use.
