Lace Apartment is an incredibly unique bohemian studio based in the heart of Haggerston, East London. This is the South Studio, showcasing beautiful antiques from the Aesthetic movement through to the Art Deco period. The vibe of this studio, as the owners describe, represents ‘Victorian funeral parlour chic’, and we think that nails it on the head.
The South Studio boasts 900sq ft of main space, including a living area, a fully functioning kitchen and a hair & make-up room, as well as has high ceilings, original industrial features and exposed brick walls. The space also offers direct access to the rooftop areas via metal stairs - who wouldn’t want to benefit from views of the incredible East London cityscape?
Both Lace Apartment North & South are situated in the same unit. This means that clients can benefit from the no through road outside, ideal for support vehicles and additional outdoor shots.
