Introducing Pistachio - a marvellous double-fronted, Edwardian semi-detached house based in South West London.

The front of the property houses the main reception room, which impressively stretches from the front to the back of the house. This space comes in a soft pale blue, while nude and pastel tones take over decor and upholsteries. At the front of the space, a cosy seating area, fireplace and television awaits; towards the back, you’ll find another original fireplace, beautiful white bookshelves and floor-to-ceiling French doors.

The most notable area of this fantastic location is its bright pistachio kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features playful tiling, bright knick-knacks and lots of hanging plants. A neat structure forms a worktop-come-breakfast bar, providing another angle for creative shots.

The dining table seats many and is perfectly placed for a lovely view of the garden’s rich greenery and assortment of trees. A skylight hangs above, allowing in even more natural light, alongside the many windows.

Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits, featuring an adjoining dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Here you’ll find shuttered windows, vintage-style furniture and more eye-catching, pastel tones.

The children’s bedroom is in a powdered pink, giving nostalgia, and houses two small vintage-style beds, an original decorative fireplace and a small study area. Tall and wide sash windows match with the wooden floorboards and invite in the daylight, adding to the fairytale feeling of the room.

Pistachio is an outstanding location, blending contemporary and traditional in a fresh way, whilst providing endless possibilities for creative outcomes through its decor, colour palettes and structural features. Get in touch today to book this gem for your next shoot!
