Seymour is a three storey, four bed terrace house located in Southfields in the south west of London.

This sought after property is finished delightfully in a fresh, crisp, natural palette throughout. The kitchen is large and spacious with an island and traditional tiled flooring that leads to large sliding doors to that garden that stand three metres in height.

The garden is long and sizeable with a patio lounge space and summer house down at the bottom.

The two reception rooms are open plan with wooden parquet flooring and feature hig h ceilings of over four metres in height. Seymour has four available bedrooms that all offer something different.

The master bedroom is finished in natural and earthy tones with subtle uses of house plants and a remote controlled fireplace to round the room off beautifully. Following this there is a tiled en suite with roll top bath and adjacent walk in wardrobe.

The second bedroom features a large whole wall mirror fitted with ballet bar, while the third bedroom is kept incredibly stripped back. The final bedroom features a standout union jack rug and blue painted walls against white furnishings.

All bedrooms have white painted wooden floorboards, and the final notable feature is the sauna that is situated in the family bathroom upstairs.
