Britton is a Grade II listed building dating from 1720, a central London terraced house consisting of four floors. Located a minute's walk from Farringdon station, this location has the rare advantage of being one of only a few rentable properties so centrally located, making it easy to get to and very popular with crews and clients.

Being a listed house, the interior retains a wealth of original features such as wooden flooring and wood panelling. Although steeped in history, the current owners have added their own unique modern twists by carefully sourcing furnishings and fittings from around the globe. Another original feature throughout the building is a selection of working fireplaces.

The house comprises a large lower ground floor with a kitchen that features stainless steel fittings, a Mediterranean style tiled floor, a full length dining table and sliding glass doors that open onto the courtyard garden.

The ground floor has 3 reception areas which flow into each other, all decorated with white walls which give a light and airy feel and are ideal for shooting. At the rear there are large glass windows which open to a small balcony area that overlooks the gardens. The 1st floor has a bedroom, which again has white walls, period features and wooden flooring, there is also a study that has wood panelling. This gives access to a very large roof terrace, overlooking St johns gardens, which is full of planting, has a large table for outside dining and in the Summer catches the sun for most of the day.

The 2nd floor has one bedroom and a bathroom featuring more wood panelling and uniquely tiled central bath. On the top floor you'll find another bedroom plus an art studio.

The back of the house faces St Johns Gardens and there is access to the park from the back door.
