Hadlow is a classically proportioned Georgian house in a very accessible, yet rural location about 15 minute’s drive from the M25.
You are greeted initially by an imposing main entrance with four large pillars.
Once inside the interior is pure Georgian with a magnificent entrance hall of beautifully worn stone flooring. The rest of the rooms downstairs are all polished wooden floors with gorgeous rugs and very high ceilings, due to the era of the property.
The kitchen is very large and features an Aga.
The morning room and drawing rooms can be opened up into one large space via two large double doors, and the adjacent dining room seats fourteen comfortably.
As we move upstairs the staircase is Portland stone and it leads to four available bedrooms that have all been styled in completely classical décor. Bedrooms all feature king/ double beds and are carpeted in an neutral palette.
Four available bathrooms also which again features classical décor. One includes a ball and claw bath double sink and wooden floor while the others feature wardrobes, shower and freestanding bath with double basin.
The gardens are beautiful with a fine listed colonnade at the rear and both formal and informal areas. There is also a large greenhouse with a semi enclosed garden behind it.
