Cole is a large double fronted London Victorian house with a large stained glass front door, built around 1890 that has recently undergone a sympathetic renovation.

The entrance hall leads to reception rooms on both the left and right, all of which are elegantly furnished with oak parquet that leads to oak plank flooring in the back of the house.

On the left is the family room, with bespoke cabinetry and Victorian black slate fireplace with working wood burner.

To the right is the double reception room that features a pair of Carrera marble arched fireplaces with Chesney’s grate inserts. Moreover at the front of the room there is a working open fireplace and at the back of the room a working gas fire.

The reception room is arranged to form a large open plan family room and dining area. At the rear is a large kitchen, with central island and a series of crittal doors along one wall leading onto a landscaped walled garden.

This eye-catching property also features period cornice, skirtings and doors as well as sash windows in the majority of rooms and hall/landing areas.

The garden is relatively large and backs onto the common so is surrounded by trees!

The second floor has the master bedroom suite, with dressing room, large en-suite bathroom and two decorative Victorian fire surrounds. This is complimented by a further two bedrooms. On the upper floor is the house bathroom and a further two bedrooms.

This house also benefits from a large basement area which can be used for storage. There is one parking space in the driveway and there is a one hour parking restriction in the street. Visitor permits may be available for an additional cost.
