Weald Manor is a truly remarkable shoot location, located in Kent. The property itself is very large and is made up of the main house, the farmhouse and the outer grounds

Main House: The house is a very fine Grade 2 listed Georgian Manor, built of local stone under a slate roof in 1805 with later Victorian additions. The interior features a formal sitting room, study, dining room, playroom, kitchen, conservatory, seven bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decor is a mix of fresh new paint and vintage wallpapers dating back to the 1950s. The house features elegant Georgian features including large sash windows, curved main staircase, cornicing and skirting, shutters, 8 fireplaces and high ceilings. Other notables features include the attached double-height brick storeroom which was once a brewery, two cellars, one with original wine bins - one with a well, and a gorgeous AGA that can be found in the kitchen. Flooring within the main house varies from floor to floor, but you will find vintage link wooden flooring downstairs and a mixture of wool loop pile carpet and original wooden floorboards upstairs. Within the main house you will also find 7 bedrooms; 1 master with dressing room, 1 superking, 3 children's rooms with bunks/cabin beds and 2 eaves rooms, that feature a vintage aesthetic for the right shoot. Furthermore, there is also a large family bathroom, with large sash window, vintage wallpaper and fittings, and one smaller bathroom with vintage wallpaper and fittings.

Farmhouse: The farmhouse is a traditional stone and tile cottage which was fully refurbished in 2020. The interior features a sitting room with wood burner, study, kitchen, utility room and two superking bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite. The cottage is decorated in bold colours from the Little Greene Paint Co. and features a range of high quality fixtures and fittings, including limestone flagstone flooring, traditional stone and a hanging tile facade. It can be rented separately as a shoot and stay if required.

Grounds: The houses are set in 50 acres of grounds comprising 10 acres of formal gardens with planting and croquet lawn, tennis court, swimming pool, ornamental lake and bridge, walled kitchen garden, a range of traditional brick and stone outbuildings. 20 acres of arable farmland, and 5 acres of estate parkland, woodland and tree-lined driveway. The is also a separate stable block and paddock.
