Introducing Flute, a circa 1904 Edwardian semi-detached family home in South East London. This house is built from London stock brick and features incredible bay windows on the ground and first floors.

Entering through the side of the property, clients are greeted by the wood-panelled hall, complimented by a one-of-a-kind light draped down from the first floor and leading on into a spacious extension comprising a snug, a cloakroom, a feature fireplace and a contemporary kitchen/dining area.

In the extension you’ll also find floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, looking out onto a gorgeous, secluded courtyard built with exposed brick.

Flute’s kitchen is kissed in golden interior decor, flaunting more unique lighting fixtures, blooming flowers and an accommodating dining area. An outstanding marble kitchen island sits in the middle of the light parquet floor, offering more seating, storage and plenty of workspace. This room uniquely features outstanding vertical bonds and exposed brick panels, also formed from London stock brick.

From the kitchen and leading out to the garden through three sets of double doors, you’ll find a spacious stone outside dining and lounging, surrounded by a beautiful range of delicate flowers and rich greenery. At the very end of the beautiful outdoor area, you’ll also pleasantly find a little elevated treehouse, equipped with hand-crafted stairs and pocket windows.

Venture back inside and you’ll find the main living room, keeping the consistent theme of yellow, gold and floral interior decor. This room offers a wonderful traditional fireplace, more spectacular lighting fixtures and a clean-cut bookshelf.

Connecting to the main living room is a cosy snug, decorated in darker tones, whilst also keeping disciplined to Flute’s grand theme. This room also features a traditional fireplace.

Across Flute, you will find eye-catching wallpaper in the study, W/C room and the children’s bedroom.

With a range of backdrops, eccentric-yet-coordinated decor and an adventurous layout, Flute could make a brilliant choice for your next shoot.
