'Rise' was built in 1860 for the Tetley family and is an unusual American- style Victorian villa. It lends itself really well as a shoot location with space for 4 cars in the driveway, an empty garage for more parking/storage and a huge empty basement with full utilities which could be used for crew. One living room features beautiful period features such as an open fire, cornicing and panelling throughout and a large bay window where a grand piano sits. There is a large garden and patio area outside plus several different entrances into the property including a side entrance into the garden. The rooms are all bright and large. The house consists of: wide hallway, two large living rooms, a large breakfast room/kitchen, four bedrooms including a children's bedroom and nursery and three good sized bathrooms. The exterior includes a beautiful tiled veranda as well as curved bay windows. The house is located close to many mainline London stations including Honor Oak Park, Peckham Rye and Forest Hill.
