Take a look at Foxgrove, a lovely, light filled, spacious Victorian home spread over three floors and a basement. Situated just outside London this gorgeous shoot location offers a blend of British country house juxtaposed by the feel of a Brooklyn Brownstone. As you enter the front garden you are greeted by steps that lead to an elegant porch and double front doors.

Open up to an exceptionally spacious hallway with an original, wide staircase and 12 light doors, this is finished with wide panel oak floorboards that can be found throughout the property. The reception room is filled with an abundance of natural light thanks to the huge bay windows, high ceilings and the french doors that face out onto the 100ft south facing gardens. Within the reception room, you will also find a working fireplace and a glorious mid-century modern aesthetic that can’t be matched. The colour palette used throughout offers different dark hues and tones and is epitomised by the smart sitting room that has been painted in a Farrow and Ball Hague Blue and features original Gustvian chests and a black Steinway Grand Piano. At the back of the house, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen in keeping with the rest of the property offering a dark mid-century modern aesthetic with oversized windows looking out onto the garden, a black and gold Lacanche range cooker and a black and white tiled pantry. A premium finish is at the heart of this property.

Following from here, there is a large laundry space situated in the basement completed with Victorian black and white floor tiles and wood painted in Farrow and Ball Railings. The sublime premium wooden staircase up to the first floor leads to a library wall situated next to the main bedroom, its standout features include a large bay window, and ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a guest bedroom, a family bathroom and a study situated on this floor. A further bathroom and two bedrooms are on the second floor. To the back of the house is a 100 ft garden surrounded by trees with a terrace, lawn and pergola. A side return is useful for taking equipment to the back.
