Terrazzo is an Edwardian semi-detached house in Muswell Hill, North London.

This amazing property has been given a sensitive renovation, preserving its original features at the front while boasting a stunning modern extension at the rear with Mediterranean influences. The real gem of the house is the kitchen/diner - a bright and spacious open-plan area featuring a large wood panelled island with a beautiful terrazzo top and hob, perfect for food shoots. Minimalistic cream cupboards line the left wall and offer plenty of floor-to-ceiling storage space, while a small pantry provides extra shelved storage and counter space. Unique built-in recessed shelving adds a charming touch and is perfect for showcasing home decor items. The dining area, with its beautiful terrazzo floor that runs through the entire space, is filled with lush green plants and leads out to a lovely terrace balcony seating area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up some sun.

Step through the wood panelled wall and you'll find yourself in the lounge area, an inviting space that features double-height glass windows that let in lots of natural light. Here you'll find a Plycraft Mr. Chair by George Mulhauser - a true statement piece that adds a touch of sophistication. The lounge area is decorated in warm chocolate brown tones and offers huge sliding doors that lead out to the garden, a stunning dark wooden parquet floor, and a well-stocked bar area for entertaining. There is a convenient WC that's just behind the bar, perfect for shoots.

There is a basement level with a lounge (not photographed), garden access (also note photographed) and another shower room which is pictured at the end of the listing.

As you make your way up to the first floor, you'll be greeted by a stunning main bathroom that boasts a freestanding bath, large shower with gold fittings, and a double sink/mirror set up with a mid-century base unit. The flooring is a gorgeous terrazzo tile with marble accents that add a touch of luxury. The guest bedroom is a chic and minimalistic space with a dark wooden parquet floor and an ensuite bathroom that features a modern pink and white colour palette.

The children's bedroom is where the fun begins, with its dramatic blue walls, playful bunk beds, a piano, a mid-century chest of drawers, and even a suspended swing hanging from the ceiling. The floor is a stunning dark parquet, adding warmth and character to the space.

And last but certainly not least, the master suite on the top floor is the perfect retreat. With cream walls, parquet flooring, beautiful artwork, and five large windows that offer a stunning view of Alexandra Palace and bring in plenty of natural light, this is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The master ensuite is a beautifully decorated space, complete with a large window, lush green plants, double sinks, and a jaw-dropping pink-tiled shower with a skylight above.

This incredible house boasts an eclectic mix of mid-century furniture and unique market finds that add a touch of character and charm to every room.
