Introducing Daytona: a large, one-of-a-kind, neo-Georgian family home located in North West London.

The property’s interiors are finished with high-end, luxury materials. Its neutral and natural tones throughout contribute to a warm and classical aesthetic.

The kitchen features a bold, marble central island fitted with storage and a hob and doubles-up as a breakfast bar. A round, glossy dining table sits on one side and on the other end of the open-plan room awaits a small living area featuring a built-in television, an Eames chair and leafy plants. All of this is set across a light parquet floor. The back of the kitchen opens out, through white-paned doors, onto a glorious stone terrace, boasting a set of sun loungers and a table for outside dining.

In another part and towards the back of the house is a bright snug, featuring another designer chair, a stand-out, green, art deco sofa and built-in bookshelves. Just behind, clients can access the south-west facing terrace and garden via ceiling-to-floor sliding doors. The entire space at this end of the house is mostly empty, apart from a large table-tennis table.

The gorgeous garden can be viewed at the entire length of this space through huge glass walls. Just past the tennis table also lies views of and access to the indoor pool. The swimming pool is surrounded with glazed panels which can partly open to expose 10 metres of it to the garden - proving absolutely useful for pool shoots all year round. It's no surprise that Daytona’s garden has won awards - the beautiful landscape features stone decking with patio furniture, gorgeous floristry, healthy grass beds and a large astroturf football pitch.

Back inside, another glass division offers a well-equipped gym room, featuring an exercise bike, boxing bag and a TV. Opposite the room in the hallway is a 4 metre-wide marine reef tank (built into the wall) which is fascinatingly supported by many museum-quality fossils and artworks throughout the house.

Clients will find all bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The main bathroom has an eye-catching design, presenting itself in milky, chocolate stones and creating a spa-like feel. The walls in the bathroom feature raised tiles, adding more visual texture to the marble finish.
