Located near London tube stations Willesden Green and Kensal Rise, Marie awaits. This is a great property with plenty of space and lots of potential for creative projects.

On the ground floor, clients are welcomed into the property by a hallway with an interesting mix of decor, including animal printed upholstery, regal wallpaper and a beautiful Ganesh statue. This area features deep, dark stone tiles, breaking up the pale coloured walls, whilst adding texture and visual weight.

On this floor, clients will find an open-plan kitchen/ dining area, a living room and a reception room. The kitchen at Marie is mostly a pure white space with light wooden floors, giving it a very light and airy feel. This space has tall and wide windows, inviting plenty of natural light, adding to the brightness of the room. Here you’ll find an impressive AGA oven amongst the clean white and nude blocked storage units. Part of the worktop is a breakfast bar area, providing more seating.

Directly adjacent is the dining area, featuring a long wooden bench, graphic artwork and a glass shelving unit which the owner utilises for books, drinks and glassware.

More dark, earthy tones await in the open-plan living space, breaking up the white space of the kitchen. Wooden-framed glass doors allow access to the garden from this area.

In a separate room, clients will discover another reception space, equipped with a long wooden table, more seating and an attention-catching geometric floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. The decorative remains of a fireplace can also be found; its mouth filled uniquely with a galaxy painting.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each presenting individual styles, but keeping in with the deep colour palette and a mix of traditional and modern themes.

At the top the house is a fantastic loft photographic studio with exceptional 270 degree light, a spacious double bedroom and a small but long and beautiful kitchen and utility space. This area has monochrome tiled flooring and a gorgeous vaulted ceiling.

The bedroom space consists of white-painted exposed brick, pale wooden floors and thick wooden beams across the high ceiling. Here, clients will find decor in a Scandinavian style, offering neutral colours, light florals and raw wooden furnishings.

Marie offers a number of different rooms, styles and colour palettes; could this be the perfect option for your next shoot?
