Forest Villa is a three storey split level Victorian Villa dating back to 1843, that has been fully renovated throughout.
This South London shoot location maintains original features, and unusually for its year possesses French-style windows throughout. Fireplaces, architraves, ceiling roses etc. are all of early Victorian era.
The decor is a mixture of traditional and modern with contemporary art and antiques throughout the house, which retains its original exposed pine flooring, together with parquet flooring and concrete effect large tile flooring in kitchen.
Original french doors remain within the house leading from sitting room to family room. There is a formal garden to the front inclusive of one off-road parking space, and a large garden to the rear, with a decking area, pagoda area and tiled seating area plus a children's climbing frame. The garden is home to mature trees and planting, including a central pear tree, cherry trees, coppice and an oak.
