The spacious kitchen/ dining/ living area offers pale concrete floors, high ceilings and a modern central island with breakfast bar. Storage units are painted in a solid black, continuing to contrast with the pale ceilings and furniture. A sturdy oak table awaits in the dining area, directly behind a beautiful living space. The living area presents framed art, a small fireplace, lovely plants and a stylish, plush orange sofa with giant matching cushions.
Back inside, clients can find a separate living room with plenty more seating, full bookshelves and tall shuttered windows. Here, more art can be found, along with more plants and framed family photos.
Upstairs, the master ensuite and children’s bedroom can be found. The master ensuite features an incredible king-sized bed against a beautiful, dark, wood-panelled wall. Two lightbulb lamps hang down from the ceiling on each side, making a unique but practical nightlight.
The ensuite bathroom is minimal in decor and furnishings are crafted from concrete and wooden textures. A sleek wet room shower can be discovered in the main space, also tiled in concrete. Leading off from here, a modern freestanding bathtub can be found in a secluded extra room.
The children’s bedroom awaits on the top floor - a unique feature wall is composed of raised exposed brick and a sleek concrete layer, highlighting the natural shape of this loft conversion. The room is otherwise painted in a pale sage green, where the desk, wardrobe and carpet complement with ease.
The office is a calming place for retreat; keeping in-tone with both of the bedrooms, this space is painted in a dark, forest green and upholsteries are traditional in texture. This room features more plants, shutter blinds and a light parquet floor.
