Clark is a beautiful family home, based in South West London. Clients are welcomed into the property via a wide, black-painted door, leading straight into a spacious entrance hall. To the right, through another set of partition doors, awaits the downstairs study and reception rooms. Both spaces are dramatically finished in a dark, heavy green, verging on black. The study, minimal in furnishings and decor, features a sleek wooden desk at the centre of the room, creating a strong sense of importance. Pops of colour appear through red seating and across many books and photo frames, stacked and scattered amongst the dense bookshelf. The colour of the blinds in the study closely match that of the walls and units, allowing clients to drastically reduce any natural light coming through when necessary.

The reception room is tight and cosy, its darkness pertaining to the rest of the home, but equalised with a range of warm, neutral tones across upholsteries, accessories, flowers and art. A cubic skylight and tall, paned doors invite plenty of natural light into the room. All of this is spread across an elegant parquet floor. Scatter cushions are tucked plumply on each seat, and books are set neatly across the transparent coffee tables, both adding visual weight to this otherwise minimalistic space.

Clark's kitchen offers a lighter and more airy take on the tone that's felt throughout the rest of the property. This open-plan kitchen/ dining area comes with pure white interiors, softened with a range of wooden, ceramic and glass furnishings. A glorious central island boasts a hob, topped with a marble surface and a natural, wood-panelled base. Complemented with contemporary rattan chairs, it simultaneously acts as a breakfast bar or workspace. This space is also minimalistic, but personal belongings, ornaments, plants, art and modern lighting fixtures add texture and personality to the room.

To the back of the room and closer to the garden door, awaits a gorgeous seating area/ reading nook. Two cream, boucle chairs await, surrounded by rich green plants to create a calming atmosphere. A glass wall is fitted behind; this adds to the brightness of the space and makes a fantastic playing spot for creative shots, whatever the weather. The wonderfully green garden is directly accessible via wide, sliding glass doors. Stepping outside, clients will instantly find themselves on a raised stone platform lined with exposed bricks. A set of steps will lead you down to the large bed of grass which, on both sides, is lined with marvellous, towering trees.

The basement of this incredible home houses a well-equipped home gym and secluded snug in the same room; the perfect balance of working and relaxing! Here, clients will find a wall of pale, exposed brickwork complemented by sage green walls and matching storage units. Thick, white-painted ceiling beams add to the structure of the room, aligned perfectly with the divide of the two spaces.

Upstairs, clients will find 4 generous and well-styled bedrooms. The master ensuite offers an outstanding view to the eye; the colour of the bed matches seamlessly with the walls, and subtly contrasts with the slightly deeper, more earthy green of the bedroom door. Decor and furnishings, like the other bedrooms, are thoughtfully chosen and placed with coordination and symmetry, giving the room a tranquil feel. Directly opposite the bed is an inviting seating area and a set of white-painted doors, opening onto a balcony and offering wonderful views of the surrounded greenery. Upholsteries across the chairs, carpet and curtains are presented in soft neutral creams, whites and greys. The impressive ensuite bathroom is richer in colour; the incredible wetroom shower is lined with green, slim tiles across its walls and green and yellow, retro-styled, honeycomb tiles across its lengthy floor. Gold sanitary fittings are present, adding more visual warmth. Adjacent is an alcove bath, fronted with the same green tiling and gold fittings. In this bathroom, and leading further away from the main bedroom into another secluded space, awaits the toilet, a large, double-basin vanity unit and a wicker bench, giving a spa-like feel to this wellness space.

Clark is a minimalistic but stylish home with a range of backdrops that are tastefully kept in-tone. With plenty of space and blank canvases, this property makes a great location for all shoot types, especially for fashion and lifestyle projects.
